- You must have bought the products directly from us or from any of our partner websites.
- The product is either damaged or not usable (damaged during transit)
Apart from these 2 case scenarios we do not accept any other reason for refund or return.
For refunds related to your claim please write to us at info@ayurvedicexpert.com. Once you apply for a refund we will contact you to settle the claim within 7 days after the request is submitted.
To get a refund please mail us at (info@ayurvedicexpert.com). You will be given a reference number which you need to write on the outside of the return package. Include all the containers inside a secure package and ship within 48 hours of receiving the reference number.
Returns must be shipped through a secure parcel / courier service and must have a tracking number. Refunds will be issued only for the unopened/ unused containers less the shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.

The return packet should clearly indicate “RETURNS” at the top of the address label. Also mention your order number, order date, reason for return and any other details which you think might be helpful in processing your claim.
Once our claim settlement team evaluates the request and find it eligible for the refund, we issue you a refund within 7 days.
