International Order Form

If you want to order any of our products from abroad please make your payment through western union money transfer or NEFT / RTGS / IMPS (if you have a bank account in India). Once you are done with western union money transfer / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, fill up this form and send it to us. We will collect the money and send you the ordered products.

To know the amount you need to pay, you can take help from the form below. Simply select the products you want to buy and their quantity and the amount will be displayed at the bottom of the order form. You should not send the order form till you have transferred the amount to us. Once the amount has been transferred and you have the necessary details of the transfer with you, fill out the order form and click place order button.

It will take 24-48 hours to collect money. Once we receive the money we will ship your order by DHL courier. Delivery time in most cases is 4-8 days. But in certain circumstances due to delay in customs clearing etc, it may take longer than this.

Terms and Conditions for International Orders:

  1. Orders place through this order form are only meant for those living out side India and they need delivery in their country of residence.
  2. In case you are living outside India but you want delivery in India you can also place your order through the normal procedure from our web store.
  3. You, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties / clearance requirements in your country. We will not be held responsible if the customs don’t allow import of herbal products in your country. You should be aware of the statutory laws of your country of residence and abide by them.
  4. In case your order is held by the customs for any reasons, no refund will be issued in any case.
  5. Only if the order is held in India by the customs / or there is any issues from our end sending the order to you for any reason, a full refund shall be issued. Refund will be issued by wire transfer or Paypal.
  6. Please keep in mind that international orders have to go through a lot of checks so if there is any delay in delivery please do not panic. be patient and wait for your order.
  7. We will provide you a tracking number so you can check the movement of your order.
  8. We will provide all the documentation required to send your order. We have been sending our products all over the world without any issues. So you can assured that your order will be delivered to you without any issues at your doorstep. But in any rare case, if the customs dont allow import into your country or impose an import duty, it will be solely your responsibility to pay the import duty and get the customs clearance done at your port.
